2. Those loots with corresponding TA Points can only be purchased by those Resodents WITH AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF POINTS and PRESENT during the meeting. Representatives will be allowed as long as the FL or any DFL was notified prior to the scheduled time.
3. Buying of loots will be done according to the TA POINTS, from highest to lowest. Any Resodent is only qualified to buy ONE item/package per ROUND.
