DETAILS:
(Pls be reminded that these details will only serve as a guideline. Final decision pertaining to the official rules that we will implement will be discussed in today's meeting/planning)

The Council will be composed of the following:
a. Faction Leader
b. Raid Committee - which will be headed by the Deputy Faction Leader for Raids plus 2 members
c. Recruitment Committee - which will be headed by the Deputy Faction Leader for Recruitment plus 2 members
d. CW and PR Committee - which will be headed by the Deputy Faction Leader for CW and Public Relations plus 2 members

SUGGESTED BOSS/SCHEDULE/RAID POINT
1. Golden Bat/Regular-Daily/1 point
2. Gero/Regular-Daily/2 points
3. Diablo/Regular-Daily/1 point
4. Hell Breaker/Regular-Daily/3 points (if we get OJ 10)
5. Gate of Fire/Every Other SAT/4 points
6. Garim/every last SUN of the month/5 points
RAID /LOOT DISTRIBUTION RULES:
a. Only raiders who are in a squad will receive Raid Point
b. Every Raids should be witnessed by ANYONE of the following: FL, DFL, and the Raid Committee
c. Loots distribution will be scheduled every last Sunday of the month.
d. Minumum point to qualify for the Raid Loot Distribution of 50% of the raid points of the highest scorer. For example, Player A got a total Raid Point of 66 for the month of May, these would mean that only raiders with a Raid Point of at least 33 will qualify for the distribution.
e. Raid Points will be reset to ZERO every after distribution.
[glow=red,2,300]3. RECRUITMENT[/glow]
3.1 Requirement - must not be involved into a SCAM and BROAD WARS. No level requirement.
3.2 The faction will create a new account namely RESONANCE Family, who will serve as a vault manager and BROAD recruitment officer at the same time.
3.3 Broading will be scheduled during week nights and the whole day during weekends, microphones will be provided by the faction.
3.4 Forum threads will also be used for the Recruitment Process. Interested players must post applications in our Official Forum Site as well as the GE Forums.
[glow=red,2,300]4. ELECTION OF FL[/glow]
4.1 Casting of Votes/Election Period will be scheduled from April 26 to 30, 2009. Announcement of the newly elected Resonance FL will be on May 1, 2009.
4.2 Every bonafide Resonance member is qualified to become the new FL of Resonance. There will be no nominees.
4.3 PM your votes to _______, who will serve as our Election Commissioner
4.4 The newly elected Resonance FL will choose hir/her 3 Deputy Faction Leaders
[glow=red,2,300]5. OTHER MATTER[/glow]
5.1 BOOSTING - only Jack, Catherine, Viki, Angie, Diego will be qualified for boosting. Any member must feel free to approach High level/Senior Members of Resonance for boosting during their free time.
5.2 BORROWING/LENDING OF ITEMS/VIS - The faction must NOT TOLERATE these practice (as much as possible) in order not to make other players lazy/dependent with other players. However, lending of items/vis is still under the prerogative of the owner.
5.3 LANGUAGE - we encourage everyone to speak ENGLISH in our Faction Chat in consideration to our friends from Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, etc.
5.4 COLONY WAR/ALLIANCE - to be discussed
5.5 IN GAME ACTIVITIES/RECOGNITION - these in game activities are exclusive to Resonance members in order to promote a more friendly and competent environment. These activities will further make your stay with Resonance a memorable one. Example: Raise to Expert, Raise to Veteran, Highest Family Level of the Month, Congeniality Award, etc.
